Lucknow to Experience Pleasant Weather with Rain and Thunderstorms in the First Week of May

Lucknow residents can rejoice as the city is expected to experience pleasant weather with rain and thunderstorms in the first week of May. The state Met Department has predicted a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain/thunderstorm at many places in the state, including Lucknow, from Sunday till Tuesday.

According to Mohammad Danish, senior scientist at the state Met department, “Light rain and thunderstorm are expected in northwest India, including at some places in UP, on Sunday and Monday due to the impact of a cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan.”

This news comes as a respite for the people of Lucknow who have been experiencing hot and humid weather for the past few days. The cool breeze and rainfall are expected to bring much-needed relief from the scorching heat.
