Gomti Riverfront is Lucknow’s civic promenade along the river, mainly the Gomti Nagar and Jiamau stretches. Walk the lighted banks. It is not Kukrail and not Janeshwar Mishra Park. Some 2026 works are still on; confirm any gated pocket at the barrier.
Phoenix Palassio, spelled Palassio, is the Phoenix Mills mall on Amar Shaheed Path in Gomti Nagar Extension. It opened in July 2020 with shops, food and an INOX multiplex. Official hours are 11 am to 10 pm; confirm at the entrance.
Lulu Mall sits on Amar Shaheed Path in Golf City. Lulu Group opened it in July 2022. It is a city mall, not a monument: shops, hypermarket, food court, Funtura and cinema. Read the official timings, then check the door.
Nausena Shaurya Vatika is the Indian Navy’s open-air memorial garden in CG City, near Ekana stadium, not on the Gomti riverfront. The public gate opened 15 August 2026. Confirm hours and any ticket at the LDA counter.
Rashtra Prerna Sthal is LDA’s 65-acre memorial in Basant Kunj, opened by the Prime Minister on 25 December 2025. Bronze statues, a lotus museum and lawns sit by the Gomti embankment. Confirm park and museum tickets at the gate.
Awadh Shilp Gram is the crafts village on Amar Shaheed Path in Awadh Vihar, opened in 2016 by the UP Housing Board. It fills for fairs and can be quiet between events. Check a listing before you go; there is no reliable daily museum clock.
Kukrail is east Lucknow’s Forest Department picnic ground and gharial breeding centre, planted in the 1950s, with the centre dating from 1978. It is not a zoo. Confirm hours and any parking or entry fee at the Forest gate.
Hazratganj, the Ganj, is Lucknow’s main market boulevard, laid out from the 1810s and remodelled in cream and pink in 2010. It is not a ticketed monument. Walk MG Marg; confirm Sunday shop hours and any carnival on the second Sunday.
Lohia Park in Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, is LDA’s 76-acre park from 2007, with a lake and jogging tracks. It is not Janeshwar Mishra Park and not the planetarium. Confirm the day’s ticket at the courtyard gate.
